Competition
ICC’s views on international competition policy developments are formulated by its Commission on Competition, which gathers over 260 experts on competition law, including legal advisers from industrial and commercial enterprises and lawyers in private practice, from more than 39 countries. The Commission ensures that modern business needs are taken into account when competition laws and policies are formulated by governments.
The Commission works closely with intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations involved in competition law and policy, such as the World Trade Organisation (WTO), the International Competition Network, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC).
