I am pleased to advise that bookings are now being taken for ICC UK's Annual Arbitration Practitioner's Symposium, Effective International Arbitration: A Transatlantic Perspective, to be held on Thursday 9 July, at White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1DW.

This year's symposium will offer contrasting views on key issues and developments in international commercial arbitration from the UK, Europe, and the United States. Including an opening speech from John Beechey in his first address to the UK arbitration community as Chairman of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and Carolyn Lamm, incoming President of the American Bar Association, this year's event will examine topics such as discovery, enforcement, costs and the use of experts, from the perspective of US and UK practitioners.
